Beach Glass

Last week I posted some new designs with the beach glass, I love making these necklaces. Now I am on a quest for beach glass, to make more. I had a customer ask if I would make them a necklace out of their beach glass they collected over the years, here at the beach, or on their travels. What a wonderful way to take memories of trips walking on the beach and turn it into a treasured keepsake. Look for more coming soon.

Next Sunday is Valentines Day!!!!

With one week left till Valentines day,& with the cold and icy weather out side today, I wanted to post some photos of some original work done by Robbie,it will warm everyone up. I will be posting his work every day till next Sunday. Robbie is a 39 year old Downs syndrome adult that my Daughter Emily works with everyday. Robbie comes to our studio/storefront, and they create art. Robbie had developed his own technique and picks his own subject matter. Mainly he does hearts, hearts & more hearts. There was a week or two that he worked on squares but then he went back to hearts. Robbie picks all of the color combination's, it is his vision. Here are two, more tomorrow and all Thur the week.

More Snow!!

With the snow finally gone and the cold alot less cold I went down to the
Va.Beach Convention Center today to take some jewelry to my new friend Bill. He has a booth "All That Glitters",in the Mid Atlantic Home & Garden Show. Everything was very beautiful. The All That Glitters booth was one of kind. This Show is very different from what I have seen in the past. I am hoping that there will not be snow this weekend, so I can see all the booths completely set up on Sunday!
