The Chana Collection

Recently I reconnected with an old friend from the past, not to say she is old, as she is much younger than me.  Still we were friends when we were new to marriage new to starting family's.  We each had a child in the same year.  Our husbands were friends.  I remember alot of wonderful times.   My family moved away, and we lost track of each other.
My friend sent a box of vintage treasure, I have been busy the last couple of days creating some of my most favorite pieces ever.  I am calling these the Chana Collection for spring! after my Friend, all of these pieces are one of kind pieces.  Thank-you to my Friend Chana I am really glad we reconnected!

I am still wishing I was in Hawaii, I guess I will just have to settle on watching Hawaii five O.  I really do love the show and it is fun to see places that we also visited.  I really want to visit the beach behind (Alex, the guy who plays McGarrett) his house in the show,  That looks wonderful!!! (end of last nights show!)

Last week I posted some new designs with the beach glass, I love making these necklaces. Now I am on a quest for beach glass, to make more. I had a customer ask if I would make them a necklace out of their beach glass they collected over the years, here at the beach, or on their travels. What a wonderful way to take memories of trips walking on the beach and turn it into a treasured keepsake. Look for more coming soon.
